2) Usage of the application

2.1 As augmented reality apps, the applications 'AR Clay Shooting' and 'DragonShot' access the user's device camera to provide dynamic backgrounds for the simulations. This data is not stored or shared in any way. The camera is only accessed whilst the user is engaged in a game of 'AR Clay Shooting' or 'DragonShot' and is purely for aesthetic use.

2.2 In some of the applications the user can choose to share their highest score using a login for the Google Play Services or for the Apple Game Center. This information is not directly stored by Chunky Games.

2.3 Third party advertisements are served during usage of the applications by the Chartboost network. These may be targeted towards certain user preferences and may link to an external location as specified by the advertising party. Chunky Games does not directly contribute data to this service.

Ad companies may use and collect anonymous data about your interests to customize content and advertising here and in other sites and applications. Interest and location data may be linked to your device, but is not linked to your identity. 3.1 By downloading and using the applications the user acknowledges and agrees Chunky Games shall in no event be liable for any injury or damages, direct or indirect, which the user may suffer as a result of any usage of the applications, under any circumstances.
 

Our privacy policy may change from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the bottom of the privacy statement. We will obtain your opt-in consent for any updates to this Privacy Policy that materially expand the sharing or use of your personal information in ways not disclosed in this Privacy Policy at the time of collection.

4.1 Any stories, all names, characters, and incidents portrayed in any of the apps are fictitious. No identification with actual persons (living or deceased), places, buildings, and products is intended or should be inferred. No person or entity associated with this film received payment or anything of value.
